Mail Merge

Sebelum membuat Mail Merge di Ms. Word terlebih dahulu buatlah data di Ms. Excel. Misalnya data Nama dan NIM teman.

Kemudian bukalah Ms. Word, untuk membuat Mailing Merge, pertama klik Mailing -> klik Mail Merge -> klik Start Mailing Merge -> pilih Normal Word Document, selanjutnya Select Recipient, pilihlah data Ms. Excel yang telah disimpan -> Edit Recipient List -> Insert Merge Field -> Klik pilihan (Nama atau NIM) -> Preview Results -> kemudian temukan To dan NIM yang dimaksud dengan menggeser panah pada kolom Find Recipient

File Undangan yang dibuat di Ms. Word

Nama dan NIM yang terdapat pada undngan menggunakan Mail Merge dari data yang ditulis pada Ms. Word
